African University of Science and Technology, FCT
The African University of Science and Technology (AUST) is one of the top private universities in Abuja, Nigeria. The University was established in 2007 with the prime aim of improving the academic standard of the country. Currently, AUST only offers graduate level programs by a combination of course work and cutting edge research programmes. For a full decade, AUST was able to give every student that came to the institution full scholarship. Baze University is another top University in Abuja, Nigeria. The institution was established in 2011 with the aim of establishing a distinctive quality-based educational institution. Bingham University is a private University located in the Federal Capital Territory of Nigeria. The institution was established in 2005 by the Evangelical Church Winning All (ECWA) as a conventional University. As at 2019, the Bingham University is the only private University established by a Christian organization. Nile University of Nigeria, FCT
Nile University of Nigeria is one of the top private universities in Abuja, Nigeria. The institution was established in 2009 with the aim of providing high quality education. Nile University of Nigeria started with just three (3) faculties which are the faculty of Arts & Social Sciences, Engineering and Natural & Applied Sciences. At the commencement of the academic activities, the school recorded a total number of 93 students. As at this report, Nile University has grown to over 3600 students (undergraduate and postgraduate), 26 undergraduate programs across six faculties, and 36 postgraduate programs across five faculties.
